Claimant says:
"I FIRST WENT TO Budget Rental Car on 12/4/15 to rent a vehicle that I did this in advance for a compact car, when I arrived no car was available in that size so the girl tells me I will give you a Chevy Impala for the same price of 12.99 per daily I questioned the bill and he said it will all be adjusted at the end prints papers and said , agreed at that time I was unsure of how long I was going to need the car so I said a daily rate for now and I will be back in a few days to firm up my needs, NO PROBLEM she states...go back 3 days later I tell Blair now I need the car longer and got a monthly rate of $940.40 so I said I will take that instead since it made more sense to me ok he said NO PROBLEM , then I questioned him about the bill and he states all will be adjusted when I return the car. ..during my second week of renting I went and got full coverage on my new car that was not yet ready but wanted to be on top of things...once again I go back to the store and speak to the manager Lewis and tell him I got my Ins. coverage so for the next 2 weeks I don't need to carry your Ins. any longer again NO PROBLEM we I questioned Blair his response was "TURN IT INTO YOUR INS> CO" I told him this was not a related car ins. condition as he keeps telling me turn this in to your car ins. co. I questioned the charges and he said you have to talk to Lewis I talked to Lewis 2 times no action taken on my bill as he said he would do for me ....no they double dip my bank acct and screw my acct up to no end ...I called customer service and no English speaking person so I keep trying and finally I get an English speaking CSR she puts a claim in and no response this was done 3 different times with no response.... finally I go to my bank and now charges are being reversed back to my account the bank l new what was going on and helped me with all of those issues. I called on 1/21/16 and spoke to Linda she advised me to have him call her and the $1.433.00 charges would be dismissed I call and spoke to Lewis he told me he would call and take care of this matter for me ...on 1/30/16 I called Budget and she tells me Lewis is sick and she will give him the msg as of today 2/1/16 spoke to Mark in CS and still no Lewis and no answer in the Colmar Budget office. I feel that I have been taken and scammed by this Co and not 1 person wants to adjust my account or even help and nor contact me and make a reasonable adjustment."
