Claimant says:
"I reserved a car to be rented on dec 20, 2013 . I was planning to take a road trip for 7 days. I was quoted $750 . When I got to the rental counter I was told a different price and that the car I reserved wasn't available and I had no choice to take another one but I told the lady I would most likely bring the car back. She said she could not do anything about it to call costumer service and I did. The lady I spoke to assured me I was going to be credited for returning the car early. I canceled my trip and 3 days later brought the car back only to be told by the man in the counter there was nothing he could do about it that I should call costumer service. To this day I haven't been refunded and I was charged the same amount for only 3 days. Beware this company has 407 bad reviews and complains, including an ex employee exposing their scams and a you tube video as well. They also have a lawsuit from ada.org. Don't fall for their scams. run, run run."
