Claimant says:
"I entered into a contract with Briddell Remodeling Inc to remodel my basement. I presently have the contract in writing. It was signed by me on February 24,2012. The work was outlined and a deposit of $7,000. as requested was paid, following with subsequent payments of $10,000. and $4,000. Mr. Briddell said that work would be complete within 60 days. Work did start on time. However, since making a payment on 4/9/12, I have no heard from Mr. Briddell. Work is not complete. He is not returning my telephone calls to his cell, or business and not responding to a letter I wrote to him on April 23."
