Claimant's opinion: The poor Offshore-Outsourcing business practices promulgated by Brainbyte's unscrupulous practices resulted in approximately three (3) actual weeks when my Desktop Computer was not only inoperable, but this individual was subjected to 3-5 hours of Phone & Online interactivity with successive Tech Agents, who had no apparrent list notes to diagnose any problems.Many days of potential service were lost, and many diagnostic steps were retraced, to the detriment of this customer. The loss of critical connectivity, Sleep Deprivation--due to the Offshore/Outsourcing from a professed Microsoft Certified Business Partner utimately resulted in an unsolved Trouble Ticket #: 4343, which was painstakingly extracted during the final week of this incredibly unsatisfactory ordeal!The original "Promise" of a satisfactory problem resolution was not every realized, although it was possible for Mgr. Adeel to extract a seemingly good resolution. . .Within a 48-Hour "Chummy" phone call, this customer could not even open one MS Word file, conduct normal business, nor utilize ordinary Internt communication, without a serious Intrusion Threat launched via Brainbyte's signal "isnonline123" inter-connectivity hand-off controls.
Claimant's opinion: Unfortunately, I -- Deborah A. Gillam-Kelley --acceed my trust to the Brainbyte Order #: 021110010, on 02/19/2011, which cost me $298.99 USD for their Freedom Plan.To date, Brainbyte has only provided the loss of my ability to securely access the Internet, conduct critical financial transaction (Bill-Pays), Sound-Card replacement, and the ultimate loss of my HP Officejet 6210 All-in-One's operability.Overall, this individual's association with Brainbyte, has been a most painful and costly enterprise! Currently, it would be greatly appreciated if a substantial, and meaningful, recompense of the aforementioned $289.99 USD funds, plus three (3) weeks loss of CPU operability, and the loss of the HP-6310 All-in-One's functionality, could be considered by the Better Business Bureau.
Claimant's opinion: Additionally, this customer -- Deborah A. Gillam-Kelley -- submits the claim that Brainbyte did most certainly not live up to it's "Microsoft Certified Partnership" reliability to resolve all the software difficulties within a reasonable time. Three (3) weeks of switching between uninformed Technicians, without the advent of critical documentation for Case #:4343 -- which was painfully extracted toward the end of this unsuccessful experience -- showed that Brainbyte did not provide sufficient documentation form Shift-to-Shift.
Claimant's opinion: The consumate damage sustained by this customer -- Deborah A. Gillam-Kelley -- under the often imposed online "Controll-Release" software caused irreperable damage to Operating System files; non-access to ordinary MS Office Suite Files; and the ultimate need to purchase additional hardware, i.e. -- 1 Terebyte External Hard Drive--and the loss of an HP 6210 All-in-One!
Claimant's opinion: Brainbyte's claim to be a "Certified Microsoft Partner" was extremely poorly represented. It is this customer's belief that Brainbyte -- as an Off-Shore Outsouce representative of Microsoft should be challenged.Fundamentally, Brainbyte misrepresented itself; failed to perform basic ISO Standard diagnostics; and ultimately caused harm to this customer by not providing its personnel with the required logs from one Tech-Touch on the Case #: 4343 incidences to successive diagnosti, and problem solving measures.
