Claimant says:
"Hi, I registered with Binary Book, Binary Boom on 01/18/16. They told me that if I would want to invest with them I would need at least $350.00. Then it went up to $500.00, and then promised me that I could double my money with $5,000.00 . I was dealing with a broker his name was Scott Walker. He said that it was a win win situation and that I didn't have to worry, that my investment was secure , risk free and all was insured. He said that if I didn't make any money that I would be able to get it back. Well , since January I have closed my credit card, filed a fraud claim with bank, and now they are lying to my bank and saying that I was regularly trading and that they sent me my money. This NEVER happened and would like to see this company shut down. I have spoken to numerous people from that company and emailed them, with no success."

  • I just received a letter from my bank Suncoast Credit Union and they are not going to refund me the money due to the fraudulent allegations that this company is saying. I would like to further pursue this claim, they need to be aware that they can not do something like this and get away with it.. They pray on people like myself that have no money and trust an individual saying that they are 100 % risk free and there is no problem in getting money back if I did not like it.

  • Binary trading is just plain gambling. If it's your 'mad money,' and you're having fun, great, but all the statistics are that you will almost certainly lose the lot.

    Many binary trading outfits operate through offshore internet platforms and are not licensed to operate within the US. Usually, they are not registered in the countries they claim as their headquarters location, either. No clue about this particular binary trading company, but you can check with the UK financial authorities for proper licensing.

    The CFTC has issued warnings about binary trading. You can check with them about whether this company is legally accepting US customers.
