  • This should be an easy fix for the BBB. The BBB has a long history of helping people but over the last 10 years there has been a bit of greed showing though. I do not think people understand how they work or how they make there money. In 2010 ABC 20/20 did a story which showed the BBB would give paying members good grades. There are many stories of this. I would hope the BBB would jus5t fixthe issues.
