"I was sent a free sample. On 12/7/12 my debit card was debited $1.03, on 12/9/12 my card was charged $3.87 and on 12/16/12 I was charged $78.41 cents. I never asked for the free sample never ordered anything from them and do not know how they got my debit card number."

  • If you have never placed an order with them or requested anything from them, you should immediately contact the company and your bank, both via certified letter, to alert them and give notice that you are disputing a debt. Once you do that, both the company and your bank should open up an investigation into why these funds were taken from your account. If working with your bank doesn’t help your situation, perhaps continuing to follow up with Bellabrite and see if someone with more decision making power than the customer call center can assist you with this complaint.
