Claimant says:
"Basement Care was called out to resolve a water in basement problem. After our initial meeting it was stated that waterproofing of the basement would correct this issue. Upon the initial day of service, it was noticed and brought to my attention that there was a problem concerning the septic system. I was instructed to call out a septic professional to correct this issue. The Dynamerican Septic Company was called ($240) and stated that there was not a leak in the septic line. Mr Lucco (Owner of Basement Care) came out to inspect, once again and okayed the work to begin. Now, the problem begins....First and foremost, the leak in the basement wall is yet there. Therefore, water is yet accumulating on the basement floor, flowing throughout. Again Basement Care came out to report that the leak was a septic problem. To be sure, I called a Plumber (2) and a different septic company. Once again I'm told that the septic is not the issue. There is water leaking from the outside. Basement Care even covered partially the leaking wall. It appears that Waterproofing was not necessary and I feel that we were taken advantage of just to obtain a sale from the Basement Care Business. Calls to the Owner, Mr Lucco have gone unanswered, as though it's now our problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone and evnthough I was attempting to correct or come to a resolution of this problem withouut seeking Legal help, it's becoming obvious that without leagal assistance I will get no resolution. What is my next step...."
