Claimant says:
"My name is Charles Le Maire, My roommate and I have recently secured 515 4th St. W. in Williston, ND. at the cost of $4,100.00 ( 2 bed 1 bath basement ). The morning of our first day here, my roommate showered, which resulted in raw sewage coming thru the bedroom floor, flooding the house at a depth of 2". Being a Building Contractor for over 30 yrs, I had Adam Metzker contacted right away and appraised of what happened. His first response was to accuse us of causing the problem, even though it's our first morning in the house. Mr. Metzker refused to address the contamination issue properly and still hasn't, it's been over 36 hrs. We contacted our own plumbing contractor for inspection and results are pointing to an existing burst drainage. It will be video recorded with a special camera this morning (9-1-14). In the process of the flood, several thousands worth of new furniture and personal belongings have been contaminated with fecal matter, which Adam Metzker ( of Bakken Reality Concepts )claims no responsibility for. Due to the cost of the move I am unable to secure a,contamination free, place to stay, so I have decontaminated and salvaged as best I can. Decontamination of Hazardous Waste is NOT my profession. Mr. Metzker has returned none of my calls to this point except to indicate that we are being evicted, though we have violated no terms or conditions of the one year legal contract we have signed. I have video, pictures, witnesses to what has been stated, witnesses to gross negligence, witnesses to the severity of the contamination and information that this has happened here before. I do intend to file charges and lawsuit against both Bakken Reality Concepts and the properties owner."
