Claimant says:
"I ordered a product from this company on 6/3/14. for $269.95. They guaranteed a full refund if it did not work. I contacted the owner, Melissa Ruggiero, approximately the end of July and told her it was not working for me. She asked me to continue and that she would check back with me. Never did. I have been calling since Thursday, Sept. 11. (Received product on June 11). Someone named John told me she was in a meeting and would call back. Did not. Called Friday and John said there would be a $99.00 charge plus returning the 3 bottles. Told John that was illegal since they did not tell me any of these conditions when I ordered. Called about 8 times on 9/15 and tried once this morning and they will not answer my calls. It goes to a recorder. They must have called ID. I just want my money back. They do not have a good credit card number for me as my card was stolen and the company issued me a new card. If they do not I am going to contact the Attorney General."
