Claimant says:
"i bought a used vechile from nissian autonation at the end of oct 2013. i have driven 144 miles since then. i am disabled and have hardly any money. siabe the car salesman knew it. my 2007 honda accord (never even been serviced,low mileage) went off the cliff at sunset point(everyone at the dealership was talking about it. on 2-4-14 the starter went out,after 144 miles. they had given a one year motor club member roadside assistance. when i called the 1-877-221-2485 they refused to help becuase the salesman didn't put a member # on the card. so i had to get aaa to tow the car. i called the manager at nissian atuonation in tempe autoplex, his name is andre terry at 2pm. he was rude, very rude. told me go ahead and have it towed to fletchers where they will charge you alot, or tow it 1 hour to me and i will give you a break on labor if i can. not now but when i wasn't disabled i bought 7 cas for myself and 15 cars for me son. i have never been treated so badly."

  • i took the car out to autonation tempe to dean, they said they checked the tires and there was not leaks. i said did you check the valves..well no. check them. the brakes were out also and the cd player is gone as well. i picked the car up 1 week later and they didn't want to give me a print out of what they had done. i refused to leave until they did. and of course no much was done. i tole them to make a copy of the new starter i had to put in when i was broken down and pay me back. they said they would, we will see. i know they never checked the cd palyer as the same cd was in there ont he same song i left it on. 150 miles more on the car and my change was missing. had the car home for two days and the (all four tires) need air in them. the car is still pulling to the left and they said they fixed that. so all in the nothing really has been done. just a horrible experince.
