"09/19/2016 I purchase a Nissan Altima with power & heated seats & GPS.
after about 8hrs, I was told the Vehicle became a 2017 Versa and after I complaint and ask to change the Vehicle, was told had to wait a year.

I Purchase a Vehicle from the Pleasanton Auction. I Purchase an Vehicle that had an Break Recall. and was not inform of the problem, the vehicle is a 2001 MITSUBISHI MONTERO XLS WITH THE RECALL I was told by the Manufacturer that the recall would and could result in a crash. I made an appointment with the Mitsubishi dealer.OCT-19-2016 after the work was done there was no change with the breaks I call the Manufacturer was told to take veh: get the work done anywhere and seen them the bill and they would see if there would be any reimbursement. on NOV/19/2016 appointment with wheels work to fine out that no other mechanic shop other then Mitsubishi cause the Break system can only be reset by Mitsubishi."
