"I had full coverage in February with Founders insurance company I reported it, they wrote me a letter stating to fill out an accident report in detail and return it to them immediately and I contact the claims department I was not with my vehicle when it happen so they said they had to investigate, well that was done they wanted more information I sent that also I was out of town when it happen and my vehicle was parked. The claim is still going on under investigation mean while it's raining in my vehicle this has been happing since February every time it rain, it has been four months what's the use of having or paying full coverage if their not going to pay am having to drive around in the ugly damaged vehicle everyday I don't think this is fair am on a fixed income and struggled to make insurance payment every month I need help with this please someone help me"

  • people watch out from this insurance, please read the contract carefully the don't cover anything and they charge you the top that you would pay with any other agency
