Claimant says:
"Denny Eckelkamp and his manager Mike Sanderson discriminated against me because being a father of 3 on my day off I should be able to take my kids to the doctor. They also treated me like I was incompetent in my job, which I have been doing for quite some years. I would do anything that was asked of me and also would do things that need to be done without anyone even asking for it to be done. I went into work on Friday October 26, 2012 under the assumption that I was going to work my normal shift which was 8 am to 5pm. The manager Mike went home sick and at that time I was not approached about staying till close. The owner Denny proceeded to call in the other employee, Brandon, to work for Mike and he said yes. then when it was time for my shift to be over with Denny tried to send Brandon home, I confronted him and his exact words were "Well slick you're going to have to stay or you can go home and I'll run this fucker all by myself". One other thing is I have never had a claim on me."
