Claimant says:
"Authentic Concrete Solutions did our driveway in 2010. The contract agreement was that they come back and reseal it every two years for a fee. ($200.) They came back in 2012 and resealed. In 2014 they did not come. I called several times with no results. Here it is 2016, now the paint is lifting and flaking. I called left messages, still no return calls. I sent two reviews on his Face Book. He called and said he would come by the end of May if I changed my review. I said NO, not until my driveway is fixed. He never called. I called June 15, he said he would call me SOON. He never called. I called July 6, he said two weeks. Still no call back. I called August 16, 17, 18, and 22nd left messages with no return calls. The longer it goes the worse my driveway gets. If they would have come back in 2014 we would not be having this problem. AUTHENTIC CONCRETE IS NOT RELIABLE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. TJE PUBLIC NEEDS TO KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT ONCE THE JOB IS DONE."
