Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"My 88 year old mother in law that lives in a rest home has been having an issue with her wireless land phone for 2 months. Due to Covid, its very difficult to get her out to try and meet the demands that ATT has asked to resolve this problem. We have been to 3 different AT&T stores and are told something different each time. She hasn't driven in years due to her arthrtis so they won't accept her expired drivers license or social security number as ID but they are more than willing to cash her monthly check. I understand she generated a pin number or password we she set up this account but again we are dealing with a very elderly person who has memory issues like many million other people her age but everyone we speak to has a format on their screen on how to handle issues and has really not listened to our problem or been helpful in getting it resolved. I can't believe they put her health as well as all the other residence in her rest home in jeopardy when this can be resolved on the phone with someone in a higher management position. I would hope to receive an e-mail with a contact phone number of someone I can talk to about this. My e-mail address is ***"
