Claimant says:
"On July 26, 2011 an electrician with "Anything Electric" repaired a problem that I was having with three outlets in my den that were not working. He also moved my telephone to another room. I paid him $320 for this service. On August 29, 2011, I noticed that the electrical outlets were again not working and on August 30, 2011 I called Anything ELectric and spoke with the same electrician and relayed the problem. He told me he would come to my house and check it out on Wednesday, August 31, 2011 but he never showed. After waiting for almost one hour after the time he said he would be there, I called and we made another appointment for Saturday, September 3rd at 8:30. When he had not arrived by 9:00, I again called and he promised he would be at my house in 30 minutes. I waited for over one hour and he never showed nor called. I have since had to hire another electrician to fix the same problem. The thing that bothers me the most is that he lied to me. If he never had any intention of coming back, he should have said so but to tell me, "I'll be there in 30 minutes." when he had no intention of coming is unconscionable."
