Claimant says:
"I put a layaway in at American Freight in February. When I made my first payment they said the employee put the wrong set in the computer, that my bill was going to be a little more. I was upset but said ok. then I made my next payment they said the wrong recliner was in set up. it would 100.00 more. i was very aggravated but they would not listen to me. then to push me over the edge I went to make my last payment and they said the whole set was wrong and it would be over a 100.00 more. That's 3 dang times they had the wong items. I tried to get them to give me some kind of discount but they would not. I just wanted to be done with the whole process so I paid the dang thing. Then a delivery driver called to verify my address and ask if i had the $60 delivry fee. I was NEVER informed of a fee otherwise we wold have picked it up cause we live like 10 mins down the road. I am furious with their service and horrible employee knowledge of how to do things."
