Claimant says:
"I was referred to Amando by someone who used him for repairs. I called him May 3 2014. He came to my home with his helper, Chad Webb. I told them I needed two windows replaced. I already bought the windows. We agreed on $200.00. Amado said Chad would do the work. On May 5, 2014 Chad called then arrived he replaced one window the second he had trouble putting in I told him to shave down the brick but he chiseled the wood frame too while trying to hammer the metal frame of the window in he broke the glass. He said he would replace it and fix it the next day. I paid him in cash $200.00 for the work and felt he needed it to buy the new window. After many texts as how he had personal problems and still no window it got to the point where I needed to call his boss. Not only did Chad deny I paid him but now is refusing to replace and install the window he broke and his boss, Amado seems to be backing him. Since I hired Amado through his phone and company I feel he is responsible at this point. My husband and I have tried to reason with both Chad and Amado and there is no resolution."
