Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I was fired because of constant slander about me from one of my superiors. He would cause a dispute that would require his superior to have to contact me about a resolution. I was let go from my duties because of this. Now that this issue has caused me to go to a hearing to continue my unemployment benefits. I must seek a fair resolution.

In a report on the matter filed with the Oklahoma Unemployment, I have found numerous mis-statements and out right lies.
1. Nolan Endres reports that on 08 Sept 2015 I allowed company vehicles to SMASH into vehicle gate to gain entry into the plant. I did allow that the said vehicle could push the gate open. No damage to property.

2.Mr. Endres reports that I would contact with employees to change procedure and not do contact reports. AS a new employee, I did talk to people in order to learn the system. At no time did I try to change procedure or fail to do a contact report. I tried to complete a contact report several times but were tossed into the trash by Mr. Nolan. Specifically, an emergency vehicle was dispatched and I was told to see what the issue was. A KBR employee had a heart attack and reported the issue back to the control room. I tried to complete the task of filing a report but it was tossed into the trash as I did not get the information about the victim. The situation was that everyone there were very upset and the emergency people would not give me the information. I reported the situation to the control room and returned to my post. Also, this issue was not at my area of responsibility so I did not stay any longer than needed to find out what was going on as requested by the control room.

3. Charlotte Jacobs the account supervisor states in a final report that I was a part time employee. This is not correct . I was full time, and was receiving full time benefits at the time of my release.

4. Charlotte Jacobs also states in her final reports that I allowed damage to a gate. There was no damage, Idid agree with her to the remote possibility of damage could occur.

5. Charlotte Jacobs also reports that I refused to fill out reports upon request. This never happened.

6. Charlotte Jacobs reports states that I would lie to cover my ass. That I had recounted a previous experience that I had said to a subordinate to " just go away stupid" and when HR at my former employeer was contacted that I lied to them and stated that I never called the employee stupid. I was never contacted by HR. I never called anyone stupid. This conversation was taken so far out of context that I find it hard to respond on paper.

7. Miss Charlotte states that I caused serious interruptions to normal site operations by requesting breaks. Yes, I did do this , but I was having a serious problem with not soiling myself. She also states that I demanded smoke breaks hourly. This is not true. I did take a smoke break every hour when on foot patrol as instructed was allowed. When put on other duties I requested relief from my post to take a break that was very seldom given. I went many days without any break from my post. FACT"
