Claimant says:
"Had them relocate our furniture from New Mexico to Co. in Dec. 2013 and had moving people careless with our furniture, broke several items and damaged our furniture and put big chunk of corner wall while taking furniture downstairs. Made damaged claim and heard nothing for a very long time emailed them several times and would get feed back saying they would look into this. Finally got letter for us to sign off for a very small amt. signed it and send back have gotten back nothing.
From the very start quoted price for moving and as it landed off paid double the amount. Was never explained first amount was only part of amt. to move. Paid it and when the above expected a little more then offered. Signed paper because we were tired of dealing with it.
Took it as a lesson well learned by us."
