Claimant says:
"Bought contact lenses from this company through my eye care specialist. Was given my receipt and the boxes of the contact lenses. The money offered on the rebate varied with the amount of contacts you bought. On the instructions, it says to mail the receipt and one original UPC code for each brand that you bought. Since I bought a year's worth, I enclosed each UPC code from each box. I waited 3 months and did not receive my rebate. I called the company and they said they never received the 2 separate envelopes with the UPC codes for the 2 different brands that I bought. The rep said to again mail a copy of the receipt and put in the letter that the UPCs codes had been sent previously, but lost either in the mail or on their end. 6 weeks went by and I checked the status of my rebate and it said that I was not eligible because there were no UPC codes. Talked to Matt and he said to look on the box, which I did not have at work and call in the UPC code. I thought there may be a second code. Now, I am being told that since I do not have the UPC code that I am not eligible. It is not clearly stated to keep a copy of the UPC code in case they lose it. I should get back $105.00"

  • This is taking months to resolve and I have waited a long time previously to filing a complaint. Just goes to show that it's all about the money with this company and their deceptive practices.
