"my problem is that there has been a conspiracy going on againts me for over 8 years now by local law inforcement agencys . i know too much about their corruption and they have had me under survaillance. the keep trying to set me up and bust me so that they can put me away and shut me up. they have gone as far as telling dr's and ops. not to treat my broken shoulder crippling me for life. they call it their program. this is real. i have gone to the justice dept. and they did nothing. i think that the fbi might be on it too. this is big, as the corruption runs deep. i have gathered enough proof and evidence to bring everyone involved down. please help me. i live in ak. my name is jessie c. siler. 519744905. phone # 907 414 6795. sincerly jessie c. siler."

    I read your claim and although I can't imagine what you may be going through, I can certainly understand your frustration. Jessie, I  understand that this may be very difficult, but please hear me out. We have to be logical about the concerns you raised in your claim. I don't think that you should risk your life or jeapordize your freedom by exposing your local law enforcement agency and Alaska State Troopers. There is nothing to gain or benefit by filing this claim. It will only bring harm on you and it's not worth it. We both know the government can see and hear everything right? You even said in your claim that they have you under surveillance. Jessie, I know you said that you have enough proof and evidence to bring down the bad guys in this situation, but I don't think you should try to be a hero exposing anything. It will just bring unwanted attention your way and I don't want that for you. Do you understand what I'm trying to say.
