"CLAIM NO.4342254186243 Talked with a rep on 7/07/2014 as I was on my way out the door.The conversation was less minute.I ask him to leave his name number in my e- mail,He was talking about refunding my money and working with a tec one on one.Their was no number nor name in my e-mail. I call 07/10/2014 5:47pm talk to TOD who transfer me to billing who said my money was refund to me and the case was close.I did not sign off on any thing,my lap top is worst after they worked on.The meeting was to come to agreement on the claim sheet.If they still trying to be slick, post it."

  • When it came time to settle with me,refund a few dollars in my account and said the case is closed.I did not sign off on anything.Now i'am going to let People Claim do their thing.
