Claimant says:
"On July 31, 2014 I had Advanced Restoration services come to my home to perform Duct work for which I paid an outlandish fee of $2407.70 and found out later that they removed an item from my main board without telling me and also painted my fan inside my A/C black to this day I have no reason given to me from the Supervisor (Matt) of which he doesn't know why. I also asked what the asterisks* were for on the contract as there is no explanation why they are there. After some talk with the supervisor he agreed to refund me $480.80 to which as of this day (11-17-2014) I haven't received one cent. After several calls in the last week all I get are excuses and still no refund. Since I haven't got any refund and being 71 years of age I guess that I'm "SCREWED". His ad at the time was for $49.95 but a week later and to this day is $29.95. My next step is to visit the local newspaper and put an article in the paper to alert other people. Being that this company doesn't care about my refund I'm demanding the "FULL" refund of the contract-$2407.70."
