" 
     AAA Lifetime Exterior Remodeling, LLC, which also uses the name AAA Siding & Remodeling, was a contractor hired from the Kansas City Health Department, Lead Safe KC-Paint Program that was to perform the work of installing new windows, paint the trimming inside and out and to install a handrail.  
 
     All of the trims were to be painted white, but 1-room inside, was painted sky blue.  It is believed that the hand railing should have been placed on the opposite side and none at the bottom 3-steps or off to the side of the steps, and not with-in, as they are only 12-inches wide, is unsafe as I and others can only now go down these last 3-steps sideways, one step at a time. This is a safety risk and do not know how it passed inspection.
     They provided a gift card to stay at a hotel and meals for 5-days, as they said I cannot be there while the work was being performed. It was discovered upon return that important papers were apparently looked at, as they were removed from under an item and placed on top and the following items were missing that included CDs, DVDs, 8-tracks, a box of collectibles and figurines, the door with locks to the shed was reversed and turned inside/out with the hinges removed and items missing from the shed to include a lawn table umbrella with base, and a weed trimmer.  There were lots of paint spills outside that included a floormat.                                                                                                                                                                                      All calls now are ignored and not returned.

  • The Lead Safe KC's program manager had contacted me to say that I can remove the hand-railing at my own expense or how he and the contractor can come and remove it, so I decided to have them remove it and they were scheduled to come on 4/19/22 but since has responded, saying they will not, because I filed a complaint on this website.
