Claimant says:
"I work at a storage business here and have a porta potty with The Comfort Shack. She has not been here since April 30 to clean the unit. I have called her over 10 times and she never called me back, except for one time. She called and left a message that she would be here on a Monday or Tuesday by the latest. She never showed up and she never called. I started calling her again and she never returned my calls. I need this Porta Potty off the property so I can go with another company and get the service we deserve. I have another company bringing a unit in on Monday, July 30 but it needs to go in the same place the other one is in. Poor service, no communication at all!!!! Now she is just being stubborn by not returning my calls. The stench from this unit not being cleaned for over 3 months is undescribable, especially with the heat we have had. It is so embarrassing that I had to put an Out of Order sign on the unit. Pretty sad, right?? I need to have this thing taken off this property immediately and she needs to call me!!!
