Claimant says:
"I actually worked for this guy and he has 4 employes i was let go for bein 10 minutes late since then he has refused to pay me my last paycheck have contacted him several times still no answer.While i was employed there kevin the owner and the other employes met up every morning to smoke marijuana before they start their day and smoke it all through out the day so it didnt bother me to be let go from the company, but on the other hand he still will not give me my last paycheck im pretty sure it is illegal to hold my check over three t-shirts.The t-shirts are the reason he said he is holding my check which i think again is illegal he pays his guys cash to avoid workmans comp and again that is also illegal not really sure how i can or if i ever will get my check for the 17 hours he owes me for but jus to let evryone no these guys are potheads and have it in their possesion at all times. Thats no way to run a business and it is disrespectful to all his costumers just putting this out there to avoid any body else from having these problems from this company."

  • I have still been calling kevin for my last paycheck and text messages also his phone number is 540-798-9702 i thought i posted it before must have missed it i do not no his address i did find out he has a p.o. box but not sure what it is i will continue to call him and i will try to find out more info.
