"Called "Mr. Appliance" to repair Dishwasher which had water standing in it. Pete Haver, their Appliance Specialist(serving west Central Ohio; Ph. 877/221-4782, www.mr.appliance.com;independently owned & operated franchise ) came on March 22,2018 between 9-11:00 A.M. as promised. In the meantime I had poured a draining fluid in the dishwasher. When the Repairman turned it on, it drained out immediately. I decided since he was here , I would get some other appliances repaired and I would not buy new ones at my age of 88Yrs. I will not be in this house much longer anyway. My Microwave was coming on each time the door was opened (which is a one-piece combination Microwave, range,oven). The range and the oven were working. While repairing the microwave Mr. Haver broke whatever turns the oven on. When he left he mention that he would try to find the part and get back to repair my oven. I called the company on April 16 & 24, 2018. They are offering me $27.00. I paid them $80.00 and I have no oven to prepare my food which I had before Mr. Haver, the Appliance Specialist came. I told them $27.00 is unexceptable. I feel they should repair or replace my oven."
