"Aug. 2, 2016, I purchased a vehicle at Sierra Auto corp. on 4207 N. Western listed for $7,995.00, with $7,000.00 initially as a down payment. After all calculations, the Bill of Sale came to $9,114.00, along with Finance Bill of Sale, calculated at $9,461.44. Including, a 90 DAY WARRANTY - COVERED FROM BUMPER TO BUMPER. I agreed. From on Aug. 5, 2016 through SEPT. 19, 2016 - I'VE BEEN driving these lemon 3-4-TIMES WITH NO RESULT – only complications. It began WITH the ENGINE & BRAKES. He claimed to fix it and it was a broken rod, causing the engine light to go on. He continued to state, that BRAKES NEEDED SOME KIND OF SEAL. Again, the CAR was BACK in the shop WITH SAME PROBLEM. I TOLD HIM; Bad STRUTS, ENGINE, and BRAKES = lemon. He said struts will be fixed in 1 day. Then, he CALLED, claiming the issue was with the Mounting Bracket. After finally receiving the car from shop – 3 days later than promised – the engine light came back on 4 days later. He claimed the problem was with the BALL JOINTS & BELT. Aug. 31, 2016 was THE DAY I WAS TO TAKE CAR IN FOR REPAIRS. However, I wasn’t able to for, both the ALTERNATOR & BATTERY failed. HE SAID BRING CAR IN SO he CAN SEE IT, but he wasn’t willing to pay for a tow or even come see it. I was to pay for my own TOW TRUCK. I BOUGHT NEW BATTERY & ALTERNATOR and had both installed at another shop.
NOW, I HAVE TO BRING the CAR IN Sept. 28, 2016 WITH ENGINE KNOCKING continuously and bad breaks, praying that I make it without it blowing up. CAR HAS BEEN SITTING, PARKED. NOW, I have to utilize public transportation to GO TO WORK. Costing me more money out of my pocket, as my newly purchased $10,000.00 CAR SITS THERE PARKED!

This man sold me a lemon and isn’t fixing any of the problems, which should have already been taken care of. Truthfully, I believe he’s using a diagnostic device, which essentially simply turns the light off. Allowing the customer to believe the vehicle has been fixed correctly without any other issues. However, the same issue keeps arising, leading me to believe I was deliberately swindled and ripped-off. A LOT OF THIS WORK WAS Pointed OUT TO ME BY MY own MECHANICS ON PAPER, and 3-DIANOSTIC TESTS.
