Claimant says:
"Earlier this year ordered 2 ponzzas for carry out as we have done for well over 20 years, picked them up came home and they both were Missing the sauce. Called them and the manager said what's the problem and that they would take my name and number and put it in to a file of sort and give us credit for 2 ponzzas and also said they would honor that credit for an extra month meaning 2 months to claim the credit. So, recently called and they said to my surprise, no record of the credit. Ok, so I asked who the manager was which I was talking to and She said we the Restaurant have people calling in and wanting a replacement or credit a lot. Well I said, that's not my problem and said I have been a customer since the 70's and you're not going to honor the credit ? She said No, and so I asked Who the owner was and number, she would Not give it out. I said that this is B.S. and hung up. Called back on Wednesday of this week and asked to talk to a manager, they put a guy named Jesse. So, I tried simply to explain BUT was rudely interrupted and He accused me of being a Lying SOB and continued to get irate with me and I to became irate and said Who the Hell do you think you are talking to ??? He ( Jesse ) then started treating me with bodily harm and I told him he was making a Big mistake and that he should Shut The Hell Up !!! He ( Jesse ) then says Why don't you come down here and we'll go outside !!! After a couple words I hung up. So, really what in the world kind of employee and or business would allow any of this to happen ??? I still don't know who the Owner is, But maybe NOW I will..... Remember, this over 2 ponzzas which in my opinion should of been more than 2 credited and some sort of in house credit given as I drive all that way just to pick them up."
