Claimant says:
"Called them on 25 feb 2014 about a slow running kitchen drain. We had used them before with satisfactory results for a different problem. Young man showed up within 20 minutes or so, and started to run a "snake" down the clean out outside the kitchen. worked on it for a couple of hrs and told my wife that it was still stopped up and he could not fit it. She ask him if there was something else to do, and he told her a "water jet cleaner" would have to be used, that his "snake was not doing the job. he then gave her a bill for $170.00 and she gave him a check. When I returned home and she told me what had happened I asked how much they charged her and she told me $170.00 and now the drain is completely clogged. I ask her why the cap for the cleanout was off and she said the plumber told her that she could still use the sink, just that any water and waste would just run out the cleanout into our back yard! I could not believe that somebody would charge for something as simple as cleaning out a slow running drain and give her a bill for $170.00 and now the drain is completely clogged. I called his boss and he basically told me that the boy had worked on it for two hours and that he could not fix it. He would not reduce the bill and I explained to him what I thought of him and his business."
