Claimant says:
"On 1/25/14 I went to Dr. Pitra's office to get new glasses & frames. When I got them, I could not see out of them & the frames did not fit well. I got another exam. I received my new glasses & could not see out of them again. Dr. Pitra would not give me a credit for them so I went to my credit card & they put a dispute out to her. I just wanted my money back at this time. While we were in dispute Dr. Pitra gave the glasses & frames away. Dispute was not over yet. She now was getting her money back from the credit card & I had nothing. She did get the frames back to give to me but she also has my $612.00. So now I have the frames & no glass. I would like for her to take the frames back & give me the money, $612.00. I paid extra for the eye exam & that's just fine. Diring all this time she would not speak to me when I was in her office. She had her receptionist running back & forth. She did not have anyone in the office at the time. What kind of a business is this?"
