Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I did work for Cleveland Bricks, 29 hours worth of work per a work order. I was never paid for these hours after working for them for 8 weeks and never having an issue. When inquiring as to where my payment was for the work I received an email stating that we do not employee drug addicts and thieves. They could not provide proof to these accusations and they had no problem paying for the other 7 weeks I worked for them. All I want is my 435.00 owed to me. Please pay me my money so we can both end this with out going to court."

  • We have already replied to this once before ..offered to pay him $200. to meet for this payment @ Maple Hts police station.
We also replied with Maple Hts Shrieff email response sharing Krieg's Federal warrant for robbing the old woman's house as you drank her coffee with her. CLEARLY NO ACCUSATION! And for the record Mr Krieg you didn't respect me as a woman & your boss-when I warned you of your poor work. Because you obviously didn't work. I will be glad to report proof of paying another to complete.
There is a program for you Krieg.
Please know I'd much rather watch you go to prison, dont bother me again.

  • Mr Krieg -you are a independent contractor NOT a employee of Cleveland Bricks.

I, Regina hired you to work for me less then 3 months ago. You were reprehended on your poor quality of "simple" work, days before I dismissed you.  You robbed the elderly woman in Maple Hts for all her prescribed medicine. There is a Felony Warrent for your arrest currently.  The neighbor you robbed called me 5 min after you text me "I'm sorry I have to leave because I forgot I have a doctors appointment (@ 2pm).

She cried to me -told me you acted like you needed to use her bathroom (as if our rental had no bath room that worked) She made you a pot of coffee as you sat in her kitchen and conversated about all your aches and pains. (and you want me to pay you per hour? HAAA!!!)  The next call was from the office Carmine confirming she made a report. Since then I've shared your ridiculous claim with chief of police of Maple Hts per the emails your referring to.  I even offered to give you $200 to meet me at the Maple Hts police station.

Your work was not complete you disgraced my company name and you should be ashamed of yourself.

You brought this upon yourself- Now the whole world knows who you are and what you do.

    Public please see below:

Attached is a call for service report documenting the call and subsequent investigation into the theft of prescription medication by Eric Krieg from a residence at 17101 Mapleboro in our City.

Mr. Krieg has a felony warrant for his arrest as a result of this matter. Unfortunately, I cannot release further information regarding the call due to the fact the warrant has not been served and the case is still active.

I hope this information will assist you in answering any complaints being made by Mr. Krieg regarding this matter.

    Sincerely,
