"The neighbor made false accusations and was looking for a stalker restraint. The judge found that the charge did not qualify as a stalking charge.
Defendent found not in violation, not guilty."

  • I will rescind my monetary request of the defendant if she will write and sign a letter stating that she will
    1. repair the damage to my landlord property
    a. Cat litter
    b. Property marker original stone post replaced at
    survey mark location
    2. Remove the compost pile 15feet from my front door.
    3. Remove the lights shining on my front door
    Which is a violation of town ordinance 3.5
    4. Leash her dog AND hold the leash to restrain her dog from attacking my friends dog or defecating on Landlord's property.
    5. Stop flashing lights over at me when I am sitting outside in the evening.
    6. Stop driving or parking on my landlords property.
    7. End the harassment of us and disrespect of our landlords Property. Although we are renters and do not own the land We are responsible for maintenance.


    A signed promise to abide by this contract will mean that I will not proceed with my malicious prosecution complaint.

    Please know that there is a three year statute of limitations for this complaint.
