"I purchased merchandise totalling $1,792.00 from her website, Brokmomsales.com from 9/1/12 until 1/19/13. To date have not received $1,089.00 worth of merchandise. Owner, Susan Hale has made excuses, lied and refused to return the money.I bought all my Cristmas gifts from her and still didnt receive some of them and didnt have the money to replace them. i did as she requested and produced lists of received and not received items and she was to do the same, instead she has blocked me and refuses to deal with this matter. She even accused me of harrassment through aol and has blocked the requested emails. I am not the only one that has been duped by her.....there is an entire facebook page devoted to ''issues with Brokmom''. i just want my refund and to never have to deal with such deceitful socalled merchants again. i now know what is meant by BUYER BEWARE!!!"
