Claimant says:
"my problem is with Comcast they have ignored me for three months , I started with Comcast December 2016 the 28. they sent me the equiptment to hook up myself and they tried to boot the service from their station, well they could not do it , they then told me that they would send a service man out to see what the problem was and if it was on my end that it was not hooked up right then they would charge me . but if it was their fault I would not have to pay the 50.00 dollar charge, i called in jan to see why i had not received a bill yet and was just told that i owed one hundred and seventy eight dollars, i was shocked. i have a 9.95 cents internet for school children, and a nineteen dollars and ninty cents (19.95) total 29.95 without taxes total around 37.98 roughly a month. i have called since January sixteen times ,talked to different operators, plus cpmputers and no one could give me an answer as to why haven't i gotten a bill. please help me no customer service at all."
