Claimant says:
"Me and my Wife bought a washer at do-right appliances at 1500 air base road.We got it home and my wife started to wash some clothes.But when the washer got to the spin cycle it would make alot of noise.So we called them the next day about it and he said there would be somebody come by and check it out waited a couple day's still no one showed up.Started calling him just about every other day or every week.He finally got a guy to come buy after i drove to his place of buiss. and the guy ran about a gallon of water into the machine and then put it on spin it made a little noise but not alot so he called his boss on my wife's phone and i guess the owner said go ahead and replace it with another waher that same eveing but never happened.I called back a couple day after to give them time to bring the new washer to us in exchange but never happened.So me and my wife went and got another washer else where called him to bring washer back and get my money back he said i would be wasting my time.I aked why he said he sent 3 people over to my house and they said to him the washer work's fine I called the guy's who told him that are bold face liar's.Only 1 guy came out to our house and still did not solve the problem.He gave us a year warranty on the washer and want stand by his word."
