Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I purchase a lawn Mower (Yard Machines) including 2 Years Replacement Plan dated 01/18/2015. I did not used my Lawn Mower for a few months. By the time I need it, the mower cannot start. I brought it to Home Depot to seek a replacement of it. The cashier in charge see attach receipt charge me for repair. I was really confused! Why do I need to pay a replacement plan if I cannot get what I want? I feel that they have violated the contract agreement."

  • Greetings,

How does Home Depot feel about giving you a new lawn mower?  If you haven't used it, it should be in near new condition but for it not starting?

    That is my question?

    Thank you,

    John K. Mitchell
