"Claim is based on Kuwait Court order the due amount I have been the agent for Geberit Since 1992, during this time I have promoted their products and have increase their sales to more than 3 million dollars. After all these years and due to their hiring of an English regional manager who was discriminating the agency agreement was terminated from their part with no justifiable reason. they also cashed in a bank guarantee and when we contacted them to resolve this matter through arbitration they did not reply. Should any lawyer interested in following this case please contact me payment will be made after settlement."
