Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On Aug 12 2010 i recived a telephone call from Liberty Lending review about securing a new loan so i could keep my house.I was told to hear what their service were about i needed to give them a check mumber and the bank routing numbrt to hear what their sevices were all abouI was then put on the phone with Deandra Peterson and when she described what their services wouild do I told her that I could not do what she had described to me.I told aleats 4 times that I could not do what she was describing to me.The conversation ended and I thought that was the and of that.On Aug 16 2010 my wife checked our bank account and found out that Deandra had processed the check against my wishes when I had told her specificaly that i could not and did not want their services.She just stole 795.00 from our bank account without my authorization.On Aug 17 2010 I called Liberty Lending Services and asked for my money back.I spoke to Todd Smith and he informed me that by giving them the chck number and routing number authorized them to process my check even after i told Deandra that I did not want to use their services.I asked Todd Smith when does I can't do this mean that I had given authoriztion.He told me it would be 2 weeks before they could send the money back.It now has been 3 and ahalf weeks and i have not recieved my money back.I have made numberous calls and all I get is voice mail boxes and leave a call back number with no results these people know they have defrauded me and have no intention of making it right.I have left a message stating that we recently had and eviction heraing and need lost and that we need the money to find a place to live.If we don't get it soon we'll be out on the street while they continue to defraud other people in need.There has been no offering of any services to us because i told them i did not want their services so this clearly make this a case of fraud."
