Ever since they took over servicing of my mortgage its been screwed up. TWICE Ive had to pay large sums of money to "bring the account current", but even then it never gets current. To boot, Ive made all my payments and only been late twice. There are multiple bogus charges for inspections, maintenance (none has EVER been done), title reports, valuation fees, late charges, and returned check fees (we have auto pay to the escrow company, who in fact pays them on time!). The 1 time we got the CFPB to get on their asses they wound up admitting they had been misapplying the payments for MONTHS along with returning payments for no reason. Even then they did a half-assed job making corrections and they were incomplete. The bank (who Ocwen is servicing the mortgage for) actually tried to foreclose on us last winter but failed. Its impossible to read the statements. I cant even look into refinancing away from these people because the payment history is so badly screwed up... And I refuse to give them 1 penny more than what is ACTUALLY owed. Obviously it will be up to me, at my expense, to make sure these accounting errors are made right. These people need to go to hell.

We consequently received numerous correspondence from OCWEN claiming that we owed the amount of $0.01 (one penny). We NEVER received any correspondence as to how to resolve this matter...
