Claimant says:
"I was told I could work from home on the internet and setup my own company(which they would help me do) and begin to make money immediately. They said they would guarantee if I followed their system I could make unlimited amouts of money. To get started I had to give them I believe $3000.00 put on a credit card and they would assign me to a mentor. The person assigned to me said he was only working for them part time and told me to find some things in my home and put up for sale on Ebay and he would set up some meetings with the other members of Yes. Every time one of them called they wanted more money. I spent over $11,000.00 dollars and did not have anything to show for it. I grew suspicious and asked the head of the company to cancel my agreement and was told I only had a 3 day right of recision which he said I agreed to. I told him that I had not been told or seen it in any documents so he send me a document that had my "typed initials on a paragraph agreeing to the recision. When I told him I had never seen the document nor had I signed anything like that, I was treated very rudely and said I could not get a refund because they had the document stating other wise. I have been paying on my two credit cards that were used to purchase the program for the last year and a half as the credit card company sided with YES International, LLC.. This has ruined my credit, how can I file a claim or suit to get my money refunded by this fraudulent company?"
