Claimant says:
"I made a payment of $8,295.00 on 08/20/2012 set-up a home-based internet business. On the third business day, I phoned them to request a full refund. I was assured that I had phoned within the required amount of time. They wanted me to at least give it a try for (60) sixty days to see how successful I could be, and if I still felt the same way, I would still receive a full refund. I paid for this program with my mother's credit card. They assured me that due to my anxiety for being able to come up with just the minimum payment for the next 6-months, they would cut me a one-time rebate check in the amount of $600.00, to cover the first two months of payments for the credit card. The first agreement I was to sign and date said nothing of the time frame being 60-days and if I still wanted a refund minus the rebate would still take place. That really worried me. I e-mailed Skylar Jarman, Customer Care Dept. Manager, of my concern and he responded with "that's what the $600 rebate meant."
I have requested a refund 3 more times to date, and feel I'm just getting the run around."
