Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I have paid for DSL internet service for years. it continually gets worse (slower). I call about it and they tell me I need a new motom so I buy one (no help) Then I am told there is nothing they can do about it. I bought an micro cell antenna from AT&T to get cell phone service here and we don't even have enough service to use it. AT&T ran a speed test on my internet service and it was 0.37 MBPS download and0.47 MBPS upload. That is not even dial up speed. when I call them they say they are upgrading the lines out here but cannot tell me when it will be upgraded. We are not even on the agenda to be updated. I know they can turn the power up enough to give me the speed I am paying for. But I am told I can go back to dial or to some other internet service. There is no other internet service that works in this area and they no that. if I went back to dial up I would have no service at all. They said they have to many people on our line for the power that is being transmuted. That is not my fault. In our country when did companies start getting by with ripping people of like this."
