Claimant says:
"I purchased a 2004 Envoy from West Alabama Wholesale the week of Christmas. I spent $600 in repairs by the 30th of Dec. I just paid 2nd payment on vehicle and I have spent an additional $900 plus. I was told that it came with a 2-yr. warranty however it was in the paperwork that I was charged with-a 24 month warranty costing an additional $1,500. Every time I had it repaired mechanic said it wouldn't pay hardly anything on Bill. And it's not worth the paper it's written on. They took a taillight off a vehicle that was in lot to fix my busted tail light. So why would I use the mechanic there not knowing if they would put used parts on my vehicle again. I have dates and amounts of all repairs and tried to speak to manager about my truck overheated 4 times and after thermostat was replaced still had same problem. Manager was extremely rude and disrespectful and was yelling at me in front of everyone in office because I didn't want to speak in front of his child that was in his office. The vehicle was patched long enough to sell. Had no oil in it or coolant when I drove it off the lot or gas. We were told my manager to take it to our shop because they were packed at the time. So my service center has all records. This business does not belong in Northport!"
