Claimant says:
"I was pressured into buying a Kirby vacuum and I kept saying no and finally I just said ok, they wore me down. The price was 698.25 and I put it on a credit card. I knew i couldn't afford it and read the cancellation policy. I couldn't get to their office because of my work schedule so I decided to send a telegram. I bought the Kirby on 7/6/16 and the telegram is date stamped 7/8/16. They called me to verify that it was signed by someone with the last name of "Smith" at the office. The telegram cost me another hundred dollars. I just checked my credit card balance and it hasn't been credited. It is 8/2/16, 3 weeks since the telegram was signed. I have tried to call them and it says "answering system is off". I'm on social security and work part time for min. wage. I could use some help, they just took advantage of me. Thank you"
