Claimant says:
"Walmart order number 2677136531397 I ordered 30 days plan for my Straight Talk phone. Charge was $48.93which includes tax. I was charged out of my checking account from Security Service Federal Credit Union Account on May 3. 2014. I have not received any minutes. that was to be at my address of: 3200 Stanford Rd. A105, Fort Collins, CO 80525. I am disable and have not had a phone since May 2, 2014. I am requesting a refund to be sent back in the account it was charged at. I will find a better carrier so this does not happen again. please attend to this matter with in 24hours. I have filed a complaint with my bank and also Straight Talk. I even went to a Walmart Store to get some help. I gave my order number and they said there is nothing that they could do for me.. that was on May 4th and again May 5. this was to be delievred on May 5. 2014. I have been trying to get some help every day since May 5th.
