Claimant says:
"My phone was'nt holding a charge so went into office to get new one as i have insurense on ph0ne and they signed me up for new plan without my knowledge and claimed it was a free phone..Come to find out when i got my bill they put me on friends and family plan signed me up for 2 years without letting me know...i received my bill with $500 overages..When contacted was told that i never signed up for friends and family phones...I was again unaware that they did this...i was told to go to the store and they would talk to me..When i went there they called the billing department and i was told they would take care of this...I never received the credit and when i called i was told that they can only credit 1/2 of the overage charges..l that was unacceptable..i also never received the rebate that i was to get for the phone..They called it in again and when asked about it was told the time had lapsed and i was no longer elegable!!!! Are you kidding???? no they were serious..Again they told me i would get no rebate???? i am so frustrated with these people as poor business practices and underhanded."
