"THIS OFFICE WITHDWRAL MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ME BEING INFORMED,WHEN I FINALLY SAW THAT MONEY IS BEING TAKING FROM MY ACCOUNT,I CALLED THE OFFICE ,THE RECEPTIONIST HANG UP ON MY FACE,DID NOT GIVE ME THE INFORMATION THAT I ASK FOR.I CALLED 3 TIMES AFTER THAT SOMEONE PUTS ME ON HOLD AND NEVER RETURNED.I JUST NEEDED TO KNOW WHY MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY BANK ACCT.JUST A SIMPLE EXPLAINATION.I BELEIVE THE WORST THING SOMEBODY CAN DO TO YOU IS TO TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR POKET,BUT AT LEAST I HAVE THE RIGHT TO RECEIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.PEOPLE LIKE ME OUT THERE IS HELPING THEM TO PAY THEIR BILL.MY NAME IS FRANCY JOCELYN TEL 305-303-0437"
